I brought Batman out yesterday to dear's place to play with Rex.

So troublesome to bring him, but luckily, he didnt make any noise or bark the whole trip.

We reached dear's place, and Batman is damn enthu and friendly, while Rex couldn't really be bothered with him. He tried to 'bite' him though.

Now he knows how to shake hand. hehehe.

But right now, he is under detention.

He got his head stuck when being 'detained'.

I went IKEA with dear today to get batman a miniature bed and a small lil' pillow!
He looks SO cute slping on it.

Look what this fucking bastard did.

On 24 Aug, Wong Geng Thong, an air con technician was sentenced to serve 8 weeks in jail for torturing and killing a cat. This may not have been his first offense of this nature.

What he did:

1. Befriended a cat by feeding it then took it in his van to Blk 93A Jalan Dua off Old Airport Rd.
2. Tied a noose around the cat’s neck and lifted the wire to hang the cat by the neck
3. Everytime the cat lost consciousness, Wong revived it by massaging its chest. He repeated this cruel act till the cat could not be revived anymore.
4. He then removed the wire noose, grabbed the cat by the neck and bashed it’s body against the wall several times
5. Then he threw the cat’s body on the floor and kept kicking it.

No wonder they say SG customer service sucks.
How apt.

I went to suki sushi @ cineleisure ytd for the lunch buffet.
Waiting time is DAMN long. I made a order at 3.15pm.
At 3.40 pm, it's not even here!
So we asked this waitress to check on our order.
And guess what.

She gave us a black face and said, "It's coming shortly."
Turned her back and continued what she was doing.
WTF???

She didn't even checked, she wasn't even the one who took our order, how the hell does she know my order is 'coming shortly'??

If you cant give a damn, checking your customers' order, why in the 1st place has a buffet style that requires ordering?!?!

If you are so heck care, AT LEAST put up a show, walk to the kitchen, turn a round and come back and say, it's coming or something.
Comon' la.. your customers aint stupid.
You didnt even check and you know it's coming?
What do you think you are?
An antenna?
Or you possess some ultra skill that will sense that my orders are coming?
Wow! I didnt know technology is so advanced!

We complained to the manager (or someone whom we think is of a higher rank), all she did is to keep defending her stupid waitress.
Is this how to treat your customers?
Your waitress clearly sucks like hell, and here you are defending her?

And the ultimate, SINGTEL.
It's such a letdown.
They made it so hard just to get my K800i.
Tsk.
It's the worst! I made so many calls to the CS, i am probably listed as the 'bitchiest' customer ever.

I made my hp purchase online and arranged to be delivered a week later.
A few days later, this person called me and told me i have to pay another $100 cuz my contract wasnt even up yet.
And this is so dumb, your stupid system did not detect that my contract wasnt up for the 21 mth upgrade, and me being a customer happily thought i could take advantage of the promotion to purchase the phone.

A few days later, you tell me i have to top up $100??
Who wont be mad???

Fine, so i called the CS @ 1626 to complain, to see what they could do.
I talked to the 1st CS, who said she will call me back the same day.. but to no avail.
How efficient. Tsk.
I called the next day again, to check up on the status, finally someone get back to me.
To cut the story short, i had to pay the $100 so this CSO arranged the transaction for me and ensure that it will be delivered on the actual day i chose.

So on that day, i awaited the delivery.. till 11 plus..
Being impatient, i called 1626, to find out my transaction was NOT APPROVED!!
And that THERE IS NO DELIVERY FOR ME THAT DAY!

I was so damn pissed cuz i was late for my class.

Apparently, this stupid inefficient CSO on sat, DID NOT follow up my transaction to Singtelshop and got it cancelled.
Then what is it for when you confirmed with me the time and date of delivery when you dont even intend to follow up on my case?

The rest of it is blur.
It caused me so much trouble.
I kept calling and calling, to check what they will do to my transaction and my worse nightmare came true.

THEY CHARGED THE $$$$ to my credit card, and now they tell me my transaction is NOT APPROVED???

I spent quite alot time talking to a CSO who finally DID SOMETHING.
I even talked to the duty manager as my case was forwarded to him.
This is so damn ridiculous and inefficient!!?!?!
Imagine a manager himself has to handle such a case when it is such a trivial case, if the sat CSO just follow up to singtelshop?

All the calls i made previously, they did not even take any initiatives to follow up and revert back to me on my transaction, and worst, did not even follow up on my case!

And guess what, all they did was defend defend defend.
What a letdown.

It's only settled after i talked to the duty manager.
And i finally got my long awaited k800i on friday.

How dumb and inefficient.
All thanks to the stupid CSO on sat.

How memorable.
I had to work so hard just to get my 21st birthday present from dear.

It's not surprise.
SG still has a long way to go, for better CS.

Anyway, i watched The Devil wears prada ytd.
