I WANT TO GO BKK AGAIN... LIKE NOW!!!!!

I felt that there's so so so many things i didnt buy!! OMG!!!
I went for a quick shopping with caroline after work, and walking around in FEP, all the items i saw seems to be available in BKK.
They are like SUPER ex la.. wah lau.. They all have a BKK PRICE when i see them.

I WANT TO BUY LEI!!!
Someone sponsor me to go lei..
Dont like that la...

MY BKK TRIP! 17-22 July.

Night One: 17 July

Our flight was @ 6 plus.
Met up with iris and benny and we checked in at our 'beloved' budget terminal (urgh).
Been there before due to my attachment.
I dont like the place. It got even worse at the arrival part.
I'll elaborate more later.

We reached BKK airport about 720 pm, checked in Samran place and off we went to victory monument!!

However, there's nothing much there as we were there quite late after dinner at A&Ws.
The stalls there started closing like 10 plus.. there's nothing much for us to see.
Quite a bad start for the 1st night. ;(

We didnt get anything at all, except the 100B calling card that we never figure out how to use in the end. -_-

Back to hotel about 11 plus to rest for the battle next day!

Day One - 18 July

Met up for breakfast @ about 9 and headed to platinum mall.
I love this placee!! I got most of my stuffs here.
It's air conditioned and the price is reasonable. The food court is good!! Better than MBK. Almost all of the shops require you to get 3 pcs and up in order to get wholesale price, which is MUCH cheaper and reasonable than to get only one pc.

We didnt take much pics for this trip as it's our 2nd, and too busy shopping!!
Shopped till abt 5-6 pm and went back hotel for a quick rest. Ate at one of the nearby coffeeshop before heading to MBK for swensens and movies!

We wanted to bowl but it was too ex!

90B per game, 30B for shoes, 30B for socks.
That's about $6!
The bowling area felt like a clubbing place though.

Then it's 10pm!! We watched 'Pirates of the Carribean'

Nice show, but could someone kindly explain to me the story??
The subtitle was in Thai, and half the time, i cant really catch what they were saying.. blah.

Headed back to hotel @ abt 12 plus.

Day Two - 19 July

Our 1st stop: Erawan Shrine.

The buddha is beautiful and magnificient i would say.. given the damage done only a few months ago. We prayed and headed to Siam paragon, siam center and MBK.
There's nothing much for me do these shopping centers, went there for the sake of going. Bleugh..

Saw FCY while we were at Dunkin' Donut.
Never see her thereafter even though we stayed the same hotel. hahaha

We walked to Bonazza Mall and 29 plaza!! I got 3 pairs of shoes here which i love it so so so much! Got a shorts too i think.
Dear's mum, aunt and sister in law reached BKK too on that day, so we met up for lunch at MBK food court.

Went on our separate ways to shop around.
Dear got 2 pairs of shoes @ MBK.
I bought his long awaited 'Eight Below' DVD for him finally @ 369B
That's very cheap!! SG was selling for 29.95. :/

Dinner soon @ 6 pm and we had it @ Nam sing.
Somehow, it was not as good as the previous time i went.
Probably cuz i didnt get to eat my pepper crab. *cries*
They decided it was too ex so they didnt ordered.

Stupid stupid me went to try this shark fin soup without knowing it is SHARK FIN.
Tsk. I dont drink shark fin!!! Had to down chinese tea after taking a spoon. :(

They ordered this Deer meat thingy which i dont eat as well.

I ordered the scallop dish ayleen reccommended!
Damn good! It was my fav dish that day.

We didnt take any pic though.

We had swensen chocolate fondue yet again cuz they wanted to try.
OMG. Sinful!!!

I didnt have alot cuz i was recovering from a bad cough. :(

Headed to suam lum after that.

The atmosphere and ambience wasnt as good as the 1st time i went. Dunno why.. :(

I didnt get much there. Headed back to hotel about 11 plus.

Day Three - 20 July
This day = no photo day.

I was quite pissed on this day cuz we arranged to go to Sam peng lane at Chinatown.
We asked the recep to write us the location in Thai.
And damn!! We are super suay!!
The stupid taxi driver drove us to a WRONG location and we alighted at a WRONG place which is DAMN FAR from sam peng. We had to walk so much to meet up with the others.
I was really damn pissed.

Luckily shopping @ Chinatown was quite ok.
I bought a couple of stuffs i like and the food my mum asked me to buy.

We headed back to hotel to put our stuffs thereafter.
Went to this nice nearby internet cafe for lunch cuz we ran out of ideas where to go.
I quite like the restaurant, i love the tom yam soup!!!
But apparently, all others think otherwise about the food there. :/
Oh well...

Headed to pratunam after that.
I think platinum mall has taken over pratunam!
The stuffs there wasnt as nice.. and it was damn hot and stuffy so most of the time, i spent it inside those aircon areas.
Aimed a couple of stuffs!! But i didnt get it cuz by the time i went back there again, it was closed!!!
Lucky that i am going back there on the next day.

Dear bought alot of adidas shirts!! The shirts were really nice.. unlike the unfriendly black faced sales guy.. tsk tsk.

We walked over to A&Ws at Pantiq Plaza for dinner instead of Cabbages & Condoms as we realise it was too far apart from Memorial Bridge Night market!!
A lil stupid to travel all the way for dinner.. so we agreed on A&Ws.
Dear is the happiest one of all.
Him and his ice cream waffles. :P

We headed back to hotel after dinner to put our stuffs.
Next stop, memorial bridge night market!
I really like whati bought there.
The black striped dress, black floral skirt and black patent heels!
Weee~!!
A similar dress like the striped one costs $69.90 @ FEP ok?
Total madness.

Dear bought his bestest buy there.. this knock off NIKE watch which is really.. cool.. I saw it!! You must thank me dear! hehehe..

While we were there, the police started combing the street and you actually see there's quite alot illegal stalls, so everyone start to pack up frantically, everyone was shouting and squeezing into every possible space to hide their stuffs.
But i think the police also quite slack one... they never did step out of their comfortable police car. hahaha.

We left the place about 10 plus-11. Didnt visit the flower section as everyone was damn tired..

Day Four - 21 July

It's the day my ON shoes decided to leave me.. I worn that pair since jan this year i think.. haha.. i had to walk, dragging my foot as i didnt want to buy a slipper or anything. It's a perfect excuse to get yet another pair of shoes. hehehe.

Dear bought more adidas tees again.. and we headed back to air con areas to get my shoes and the bags i aimed! So happy!! I love my bags. WEEE!!

Went to Platinum mall after that and shopped around.
Had lunch there too..

Dear dear is very full!!

Got quite a couple of stuffs.. the pretty black floral clutch.. Love it!!
And we left about 5 pm, walked back to Samran place.

URGH!! Saw this on the way back to hotel.

It's dinner time again and i actually planned to bring them to SOmboon Seafood after reading the review @ Cozycot, BUT stupid me forgot to print out the address. Tsk.

So, Kaitian decided to bring us to a jap restaurant which turns out to be...

FUJI RESTAURANT!!

Oh my, finally!! Finally i can go have jap food @ BKK cuz the previous trip, dear said it's stupid to eat jap food in BKK.
I also suggested to eat this 2nd trip and he went.. huh??
SO it's a blessing in disguise.. cuz now dear goes 'MUST EAT JAP FOOD IN BKK!!'

Then it's to Khao San Road!!
1st time going there as we were too lazy to check out the place during my 1st trip.
Lucky we did!

I kinda like the atmosphere there..
Quite 'happening'.. lots of farangs though.

We had this small incident there.
We were buying the fake adidas jackets so we wanted to get 6 pcs in all.
There was this caucasian guy who knew we were buying started telling us that he saw the exact same jacket selling at Chiang Mai for only 150B!!
Of cuz we were like.. that's damn cheap la! Cuz the person quoted us 550B before haggling!!

So the sales person, i think she's the boss.. started scolding the guy, told him not to destroy her business and not to spout nonsense, and told us the jackets were never from Chiang Mai. She even chased that guy out of the shop!

In the end, we got the jacket for 320B each, since we are getting 6.
Not bad.. since it was 550B initally.

Had some small friction there cuz everyone was damn pek ceh, sweaty and hot, waiting for each other to choose the color and design.. but still, we are happy with our jacket.. I love mine!

We tried the much raved banana chocolate pancake.
Not too bad! Sinful too.. 1st time dear was so enthu about roadside food. hurhur.
We didnt take any pic.. too lazy to do so already. hahah.

If you ever want to get adidas, puma, nike etc knock offs, you can get them from khao san cuz there's alot! I didnt see them elsewhere.
Dear got this puma shoes for like 390B!! Damn cheap and damn nice.
Happy right dear?

Headed back around 10-11 pm and watched National Treasure on Star Movie.

Day Five - 22 July. Last day!! CRIES!!!

It's Chatuchak day!!
We took BTS to Mo chit!

It was hot, and stuffy and horrible.
But the shopping and the animals made it worthwhile.

I bought my plastic straw bag there and I like it alot!
Lucky i bought it, if not i am prolly complaining why i didnt buy it now.
Just realise i didnt take a pic of it. :(

Walked around the place.. looked at the OH SO CUTE animals!
They look like they are suffering. :~(
Hope they will be well taken care of when they are given a new home. :(

Bought quite a couple of stuffs.. and bought those cute voodoo dolls!!

Should have bought more. :(

We left about 2, cuz the heat was unbearable.
I was feeling giddy and actually fell asleep on the taxi.

Headed to A&Ws (again) for a quick lunch and retired back to hotel.
The tiredness has finally caught up with us.

Then it's about 4-ish.. time to go to BKK airport to go home.......

BUDGET TERMINAL SUX!
I wont ever take Tiger airways (Unless it's bloody cheap) so that i can avoid the super low 15kg limit and the stupid budget terminal.
I hate that stupid budget terminal.
They had this auto machine which allow you to clear the immigration or whatsoever yourself, w/o having to be handled by a officer.

SO, i went to try out the machine and my passport got stuck!!
And the stupid officer or whoever started scolding me, you put wrongly! You see la, passport stuck now!

I was so pissed that i shooted back at her, "Forget it! Stupid machine!'

And dear exclaimed very loudly that the machine is dumb and inefficient.
It really is!!

Then the most bloody irritating part.
We cleared the immigration and went to collect the luggage, BUT!! it was not loaded hence the belt wasnt moving.
Fine, so we waited for 10 mins or so.. finally the luggages started coming out.

THEN, it STOPPED!! For a good whole 10-15mins!
The damn belt wont even moved! So we waited there stupidly for the stupid belt to start moving cuz my luggage was still nowhere to be seen!

I was so damn pissed la!
The place was so hot and stuffy, the machine sux, the luggage loading was damn slow.
WTH. Budget terminal.. oh please.. we could use that space for other purposes than this! How pathetic, only one tiger airways is there, and jetstarasia is mocking at it with its commercial at the website.

I find it damn laughable.

My fav, Budget Fares, ~~Budget~~ Terminal One.

Stupid budget terminal.
And to add, tiger airways flight are rather bumpy.. but their air crew and uniform are prettier than those of the jetstar! hahaa

No more budget terminal and tiger airways for me!!!

I'm leaving, leaving, leaving... for BKK!!

WOOO~!!
After a long long 5 months of waiting after booking the tix, a long long semester, horrible exams, a long long 10 weeks of BORING attachment (ok, it wasn't that bad...) , i'm going to BKK like finally! Like 18 more hours!! WOOO!

I am gonna shop till i drop man. No restraints!
hahahaha.

I wanted to post some stuffs about my PA but i realise i have got no pictures!!
All of them are still with lingwei and some from others.. so yeah.. hope i'll get them soon!

I'll definitely miss lingwei, joycelyn and sihui the most.
Thanks girls for making my PA session a endurable one.

Thanks joycelyn for letting me suan and irritate everyday and being a nice 'cubicle -keeper' who spring clean the table so tidily, but only to get mess up by us the next day.

Thanks lingwei for the lil cold jokes here and there that make me and joy laugh like mad.. and being such a wonderful person to work with!!

It's us that make the 'Alice's' cubicle our lil own eating snake place.. hahaha.. and all the 'where to go eat huh!', 'eh, 5.50pm liao!' and the 8.15 am --> 8.30 am --> 8.45 am --> 9.15 a.m Hahahah

I enjoy laughing at you girls going crazy when you hear the word 'spree'.

I know i shouldn't be spreeing and spending especially since BKK is coming..
But, how could i resist it!!

I absolutely fell in love with such jacket after trying on a piece from topshop with lingwei when we were in town. The topshop one is $106!! OMG.
This is only about 1/5 of the price. Hope it turns out just as nice!! Hiak!

I can't resist this dress either. The more i see it, the louder it screams 'BUY ME!'
hehehe.

I got this legging, my very first legging, cuz it doesnt look like one!
I figure it will go well with tunic tops that i LOVE!
